    "content": "So, when the Minister who is now responding tries to push a section of the Question to another Ministry, it can only mean that there is a division within the Government, and the Minister is not talking to the other Minister. So, my appeal to the Chair is, if the Minister is not ready to respond to this Question adequately, let her go back and consult those other two Ministries, and then they come up with a conclusive answer because we are affected."
