Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 6 be amended by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (e)— “(f) take appropriate actions that aim at minimizing drought induced risks and building drought and climate change resilience among communities; (g) obtain, collate and publish information from any public or non-governmental organization whose aim is to build drought and climate change resilience and respond to drought and climate change risks.”"
