Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 be amended by deleting the definition of the word “Fund” and substituting therefor the following new definition- “Fund” means the “National Drought Emergency Fund established under Section 16” Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, we are just expanding the definition of the word “Fund” so that it includes not just drought management but the whole cycle of drought management, which includes drought emergency interventions."
