"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is not correct for the hon. Member to insinuate that there has not been consultation. I personally spoke to hon. Michuki on this issue. He told me that he accepted the request. He said that he was travelling out of the country. He instructed his Permanent Secretary (PS) to consult with my PS. The two PSs, in consultation with the PS, Ministry of Water and Irrigation, prepared this answer. Hon. Michuki also informed me that his Ministry will visit the site. So, it is wrong for the hon. Member to insinuate that I am saying something which has not happened. My Ministry can accompany the team from the Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources."
