    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to join my colleagues to appreciate the fact that hon. Chachu brought this Bill which is timely. It should be noted that drought is one of the national disasters that this country has been experiencing to the extent that, hardly two years pass without another drought occurring. It is important that through this Bill the Government allocates funds to cushion both agricultural farmers and livestock keepers who are affected by drought. Thank you."
