    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for this chance. This Bill is very important because drought has been a major disaster in this country. The time is now that we get prepared for it because it affects the whole country. So, this Bill is very important because after drought there is another disaster that normally follows. You will find after rain, drainages are blocked. During drought, there is a lot of dust and it blocks all the drainage systems everywhere. Therefore this Authority, I believe will address all the challenges which are brought before it, like the issues of collection of water so that the country can really be prepared during drought. This Bill is very important and I support it. Thank you."
