    "content": "First, I must thank my colleague for bringing this important Motion to the House. Infrastructure is the key factor in the growth of the economy of any country. The expansion of Thika Highway has created more problems for this City. As you drive on the highway towards the City, you do it on a wider road and end up on narrow road. Traffic snarl-ups then develop. That has created a lot of traffic snarl-ups within the City and its environs. In order for us to move forward, we must work out a plan to expand the road network within and beyond Nairobi so as to make movement much easier."
