    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I rise to oppose the amendment. In my opinion, we are going into greater details as far as the amendment is concerned. I agree with the original Motion. Going into specific land parcel sizes and where they are, I do not know if the land can be spread to cover the part of the road. In my opinion, this requires concurrence within the Nairobi County Government. This goes into the mandate of the county government as far as roads and infrastructure in the City is concerned. Thank you."
