    "content": "Thank you hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. At the outset, I want to support this Motion by hon. James Gakuya on the expansion and modernisation of Jogoo Road and Landhies Road. The recent survey that was conducted indicated that the city with the highest number of vehicles is Nairobi and that is why everybody here is complaining that we have traffic jams. When you look at the travel mode of Nairobians, everybody drives a car and it is high time we expanded roads and even imposed a tax to decongest this City.
