    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I absolutely agree with you that, that apology must be unconditional. It must be unequivocal. It must leave absolutely no doubt. But in addition to that, may I also invite you to consider asking the hon. Member to withdraw that unfortunate statement? I also request you to require that, that be expunged from the records of the House. Of course, the Member for Tigania East is aware that when we conduct debate here, it is not just amongst ourselves. The galleries are always full. Those galleries have our children, pupils, students and members of the public. We do not just show respect to each other, but we must also show respect to the Kenyan people who send us here and who take their time to witness debate in this House. That apology should be accompanied by a withdrawal."
