Gakuya, for initiating this and to also note that he has been very consistent as a Member in representing his people by bringing Motions on basic livelihoods and infrastructure. I noted a comment by the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing about the need to have prior consultations but I observed also with a lot of gratitude your timely observation that when a matter is before this House, we are seized of it and the responsibility is for us to execute it.
