"content": "concluded successfully by this House. This is so that there is a real action seen and there is a positive result. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, nevertheless, that does not mean that once this matter is resolved, and hopefully I am confident that it will pass, that consultations happen. It should be expected that once we pass it, then the relevant Departmental Committee will take it up and deal with other issues and details. The Executive, through the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure will take it up. It is also expected because we have intergovernmental linkages between the national Government and the county governments, because we are serving the same people who are the citizens of the Republic of Kenya, they will make it facilitative for their business and their livelihoods."
