    "content": "we will be accused of doing the work of the Executive. This House has even formed the habit of stopping procurement. Our role should not be to stop procurement. We need to question, to recommend for investigation and prosecution. If we realize that procurement is being done in a wrong way, we recommend to the relevant authorities to prosecute the culprits instead of telling people to stop doing their work. We will be accused of being part of the implementation process and therefore we will lose our oversight role. With those remarks, I support."
