    "content": "The communities that are concerned must be involved. How is it that, as a country, we do not see the importance of pastoralism? We do not even have meat or food in our midst. We should be financing this sector. I want to plead with the Members from the pastoralist areas that during the Budget process, let us increase the budgetary allocation. That is the only way that we are going to get our people out of poverty. The national Government must do those things that enhance poverty alleviation as opposed to sending our people into poverty. We must stand as a House and condemn any imaginary people; be they governors or others, who want to condemn our people to poverty. I support."
