"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I would like to appreciate the answer given by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance. It is comprehensive and everybody has understood. These funds, as he has explained, are supposed to be given at a certain rate that has not been clarified. He has said that the rates given by the banks range between 20 to 30 per cent, which is a bit too high. In my constituency, Kandara, there are officials who have been telling the people that, that money is free. They have even been doing campaigns using those funds. I would like the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance to tell us the actual interest rate which is supposed to be paid by the borrowers. There is a lot of misinformation."
