Chris Wamalwa, the issue of zero tolerance to corruption cannot be part of this Bill because the matter has been taken care of by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Act. We must be careful not to duplicate laws. When it comes to public servants and public officers, and the issue of corruption, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Act addresses it."
