    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, another important aspect of this Bill is that it sets timelines within which public officers are supposed to deliver service to the citizens of this Republic. Clause 7 of the Bill says that once a citizen of this country has demanded service to be delivered by a public officer, then that service must be delivered without unreasonable delay. This will be put in the regulations because we need to know exactly what this Bill means by “unreasonable delay”.
