"content": "This year, the National Assembly has submitted several Bills concerning county governments to the Senate for consideration, including the following: 1. The Fertilizers (Amendment) Bill, passed by this House on 19th June, 2014; 2. The Public Procurement and Disposal (Amendment) Bill, passed by this House on 24th April, 2014; 3. The Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, passed by this House on 23rd July, 2014; and, 4. The Division of Revenue Bill, 2014."
