There are two different reports; one will go to the Committee on Budget and Appropriations and the other one to the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. I am sure hon. John Ng’ongo is an active member of both Committees. I am sure hon. John Mbadi will avail himself to scrutinize what is happening in the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade."
