Speaker, there was a trend developing that before committee reports are tabled and they become public documents, the same reports are being discussed and serialised in newspapers. If you saw yesterday, and it was not the first one, the Daily Nation carried a substantive portion of a purported report which is yet to be tabled before this House by the Public Accounts Committee (PAC). I wish the Chair of that Committee was here."
