    "content": "I quite agree with hon. John Mbadi that our rules allow for admission of any person, including the media, but they must also play by the same rules. I want to make a substantive communication on the matter, because even some of us have the habit of calling Press conferences and saying: “This is what we have been saying. We are going to summon so-and- so.” We are seeing a lot of recklessness. Therefore, as we expect the media to abide by our rules, we must also play by those same rules. There will be a communication on this matter on Thursday."
