    "content": "The Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology has done a good job. They have done a good Report after observing due diligence. They considered education, qualification, relevance and suitability. For the House’s information, Dr. Lydia Nzomo scored 80.3 per cent in that interview amongst many men and women of this country. So, she is extremely qualified. It is not easy for someone to get a PhD. In this House there are many PhD holders like hon. Naomi Shaban, hon. Millie Odhiambo, hon. Kaluma, Eng. Gumbo and hon. Kajuju. To get a PhD is no joke."
