    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I have a point of order. I believe hon. Nyenze is misleading the House. Dr. Nzomo is not going to decide the salaries of teachers. It is this House to provide the budget and yet this House has not been providing the budget for adequate remuneration of teachers. We should not bury our head in the sand. That is misleading the House."
