    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support the appointment of Dr. Lydia Nzomo. During the face to face interview, and as per what the hon. Members have said, we saw that she actually deserves the position. She is very qualified and understands teacher management more than any other person. We have an issue with Early Childhood Education teachers being employed by county governments. She told us how to handle that issue and for the disharmony that exists between teachers and the Ministry of Education Quality Assurance officers, she had very good answers. I support and move the Motion."
