    "content": "One of the reasons why I have decided to support this Bill is because for the first time, we are going to have a register where when somebody is arrested, their details are entered. We have had situations where, whenever one is taken into custody in police stations, they have no records to show what kind of assets or personal effects they had. Nobody is there to take note of what has been taken from them. It is, therefore, important for us to have the necessary register."
