"content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also stand here to support the Motion moved by Mheshimiwa Rachel Shebesh. What happened to the two ladies as we witnessed is very sad. As a mother and a woman, I think what happened should be condemned by all of us. If we are going to allow this kind of behaviour, very soon these gangs are going to come together and they will demand for money. If you do not give them money, they will strip you naked. God has given these men time to do what they want. What they are doing in daylight without shame should be condemned by this Government. It is so shameful."
