"content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Living free from violence is a human right. It is the obligation of every society and Government to ensure that they protect victims and also punish perpetrators of violence against any individual. I think I want to congratulate His Excellency the Deputy President for coming out strongly and denouncing what happened and recommending action to be taken against those criminals who committed that crime against our ladies. Surprisingly, it is not the first time women are being stripped. Statistics have it that out of every three women globally, one woman has a story to say about violence. Either she has been raped or she has been oppressed."
