    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. We are tired of this. This is not about indecency, inappropriate and provocative dressing; it is about violence against women. We have seen men sagging their trousers and walking bare-chested. This amounts to discrimination against women. It is high time we said no to this. It cannot continue. It is unacceptable. We have just heard that these girls, from the experience, are so traumatized that they cannot even report. So, what happens? This continues to happen and it therefore, limits their choices and encourages this violence to continue happening against women. We do not support it. Therefore, I support the Motion by hon. Shebesh and I hope all the Members are going to support it."
