    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I am already there First of all, I want to take this opportunity to congratulate hon. Shebesh for bringing this Motion. I wish to strongly condemn the acts that were perpetrated against these women. I was just taking the opportunity to look at the Sexual Offences Act and the wording of “complainant”. I agree with hon. Midiwo that we may need to bring an amendment because it only allows a complainant who is a child or anybody else to bring a complaint against a person who is a child."
