    "content": "In the last Parliament, I was one of the Members who insisted that the Deputy Inspector- General of Police be a woman. I do not know what Grace Kaindi is doing for the women of Kenya. She got that position on the basis of the law that we passed here to make sure that if policemen fail to arrest those who violate the rights women, one of their own ensures that such perpetrators are brought to book. I do not know why people are blaming Kimaiyo. They should also blame Grace Kaindi."
