    "content": "(c) Following the unprovoked killing of the 22 police officers and five civilians and wanton destruction of property in Kapedo and neighbouring areas, the ongoing security operation will not be stopped until all the firearms, ammunition and other police equipment stolen from the slain officers are recovered.
