"content": "If he began just doing that, then maybe it would not even be necessary for us to go and seek an advisory opinion. It would not be necessary for us to go and begin threatening that we will go to court to seek a declaratory suit declaring certain Bills null and void abinitio. Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I support this Motion in total, my plea is that we should consider other means of putting pressure on this issue. But my main one is that we shall be saved these side shows completely by the President, because the buck stops with him. He must do so by ensuring that he does not append any signature to any Bill, unless the certification of Sen. Ekwee Ethuro, Speaker of the Senate, also says that it is in order for that to happen.
