We expect the bureaus to initiate follow-up action and expedite the processing of claims with the relevant persons, institutions or agencies alleged to be in default. During all this period, the bureaus will ensure that the claimants are informed of the status of their claims; they know what is happening, what they expect and when such claims would be settled."
