Member of this august House for over 20 years in addition to being a senior Member of the Senate it is felt that, that should be done this afternoon when the substantive Speaker is here, so that we accord the late Senator the respect that he deserves; secondly, the Senate does not sit in the morning; it would be better if we did it together in the afternoon. That is noted and will be done in the afternoon by the substantive Speaker."
