Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 4 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (2) by deleting the expression “2013” and substituting therefor the expression “2012, or the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Act, 2013” immediately after the word “Act” appearing in paragraph (e). The justification for this is just to be in line with the Acts that have been passed by this Parliament; we have TIVET Act, which takes care of the technical training and also the Universities Act, which was passed in 2012 and not 2013. This is just to ensure that we do not have any typographical errors."
