    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I think what the Committee Members are doing is good; already, Clause 20 was deleted as proposed by the Chairperson. If we bring in the amendment by hon. Murgor--- Already the Council is not there because it was deleted through Clause 20. So, I oppose and believe the Committee Members should agree. If they are in consensus then it will mean we might have to go back to Clause 20."
