    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, for giving me an opportunity to speak to this. I want to commend the Member for bringing this amendment because we are moving in a direction where we want to resolve issues out of court, so that we do not congest our courts with matters that can be dealt with administratively. This is a good amendment and it will go a long way in having issues that may arise in the course of implementation of this Act resolved amicably.
