    "content": "The Attorney-General is an appointee of the President. As such, the President can remove him at will. So, it will be very difficult for the Attorney-General to go against the wishes of the President since he has no security of tenure. So, it would be better for the Commission to have its own legal adviser. The Commission can as well seek legal advice from private legal practitioners."
