    "content": "Regarding my colleague’s Motion on the Jogoo Road and its terminus, it is long overdue. We support it because it is also going to ease traffic jams. However, I suggest that the Government should look for ways to put metro rails which are a pillar. They are going to help to ease traffic congestion. All cities have metro rails and lights. The Government should look for a private investor and it does not need to invest its money, this will really help."
