    "content": "engineers close their eyes when they are designing, they leave us wondering whether we are really using our own professionals in the right manner. With those many remarks, I support this Motion. I also urge this House to support it. I also urge the Government to look at the expansion of infrastructure in this country in a holistic manner. As for now, the Government has really come up with a very good plan, especially with their new programmes which are going to expand this country. This is because infrastructure is the backbone of economic development. Therefore, we should support the expansion of infrastructure and more so ensure that most of the roads joining each other are provided with interchanges so that it will actually ease congestion. I beg to support, thank you."
