    "content": "Operating a nuclear plant requires a lot of water, which must pass through the reactor in which the uranium is located to split it. Without water, you cannot produce nuclear energy. A nuclear reactor should be placed where there is a lot of fresh water. Therefore, as one plans to install a nuclear reactor, one must know the source of water.
