    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we are on the Equator. The sun rises from morning till 6 o’clock. The level of insolation of the sun is, therefore, very high. So, we can produce a lot of solar energy. We also have a lot of wind potential in this country. Areas like Wajir, Marsabit, Nyandarua and Turkana have a lot of wind.
