    "content": "In this regard, I agree with hon. Ottichilo that the country needs nuclear energy. The only thing we need to do is establishing whether the Government has ever invested in this area. Yes, it has. If he thinks that it is not enough, then we need to look at other options. I am saying this from the implementation aspect of the Motion. Hon. Ottichilo should have looked at the Budget to see how much money has been allocated for solar, geothermal and wind energy. If he thought that it was not enough, he should have suggested ways of increasing the funding, so that we can involve the Budget and The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
