    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the buck stops with us. The Constitution Implementation Oversight Committee should publish what they have agreed. I am happy that some of the Members have what they have agreed with the Executive. Do not keep it in the boardroom, publish what you have agreed on, so that it can be very clear to the rest of Kenyans as to who is going to take responsibility. We should not only do that but we must also make sure that the responsible departments deliver, because the buck stops with us."
