    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I agree that this petition is rightly before this House. We should expect more once we enter into this one because quite a number of counties are experiencing almost similar problems. Trans Nzoia County has also had a problem and perhaps if we intervene, the issue of running to court will be obviated. This is because the courts take long and in the meantime, services stall. I support the initiative."
