    "content": "When I came in, I found that the matter on the Floor concerns Laikipia and Nyandarua counties. No one objects to any petition, because the petitioners may have a good reason for doing what they want to do. However, I would like to say that this matter has been there for many years. At one time, the Government wanted Nyahururu to be included in Nyandarua as a new district, but because of many districts which wanted the same to happen, the Parliament of the day did not find any logical reason to transfer or extend the boundaries of Nyandarua inside Laikipia because there are many other counties with the same problem.
