"content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I am sorry for that disruption by the eminent Sen. Madzayo. I had sought a Statement two weeks ago from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations, which he committed to give last week. Upon my request, Sen. Haji stood and committed that, that Statement would be delivered on Tuesday this week. He even went further to reassure this House that in the event that, that Statement is not sent to him by the Cabinet Secretary, he shall summon him. When will that Statement be delivered? Did the Committee actually summon the Cabinet Secretary regarding that issue and other issues around insecurity in the Coast region, in particular, the curfew in Lamu?"
