    "content": "Clauses 69, 70 and 71 of the Bill want to improve the performance of the National Environment Tribunal in terms of, one, composition. Who are the people who will be appointed and in terms of procedure, how will they run the Tribunal? The Bill also proposes under Clauses 69, 70 and 71 a new section 104, which empowers the Cabinet Secretary on the recommendation of the Authority to prescribe the standards for setting up acceptable levels of radiation in the environment and establish criteria and procedure for the measurement of ionizing and other radiation."
