    "content": "County governments, especially those that have forest resources, have been agitating to have control over those resources. This Bill seeks to streamline this, so that even when we have the Kenya Forest Service, the county governments and the national Government, each role is defined in this Bill. It is good that I have gone through it. The Bill will also help realise Article 72 of the Constitution, which requires Parliament to enact legislation to protect the environment."
