    "content": "consider all of them at once. But all in all, I believe that this is going to serve us well, as a country. Because of time, I know that the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources has not sat down to digest these things in details. I believe that during the Committee Stage, this will be handled well and we will have several amendments, so that we can capture everyone’s aspirations in this Bill. Otherwise, I believe that whatever we have in this Bill is addressing some of the key issues in the environmental matters. We need to live in a conducive and healthy environment. This Bill is addressing several issues in pollution like air pollution. It touches on several sectors like the transport sector, where we have a lot of pollution from unroadworthy vehicles. This is being addressed. The issue of dust is also being addressed. We need to live in places where the air is not polluted."
